“Failure is an experience and a stepping stone to success,” said IPS officer Killada Satyanarayana. He stated that in life, while striving to achieve one’s goals, individuals may face failures at times, but these should be viewed as valuable experiences that lead to success.

Killada Satyanarayana, an Indian Police Service officer currently serving as the Additional Director General in the Anti-Corruption Department in Uttar Pradesh, visited the Visakhapatnam Public Library. During his visit, he inspected various sections of the library and interacted with students preparing for competitive examinations.

He appreciated the management and the Secretary, Shri D.S. Varma, for providing a conducive and supportive environment for aspirants preparing for competitive exams. In the subsequent session, Shri Satyanarayana addressed the students and answered their questions.

Hailing from the Narsipatnam region, Shri Satyanarayana shared his personal journey of success. He explained how he studied in Telugu medium, worked as a government school teacher, and later succeeded in the IPS examination. He emphasized that effective time management, self-confidence, perseverance, and maintaining focus solely on studies without distractions are key factors in achieving success.

His speech was engaging throughout, as he addressed several questions and doubts raised by aspirants, providing practical examples related to the preparation process for competitive examinations.

Earlier, Dr. D.V. Surya Rao, Co-Secretary of the Library, introduced Shri Satyanarayana, and the program was organized by the Chief Librarian, Smt. Durgeswara Rani.
